Phil Collins studied English Literature and Drama at the University of Manchester and has recently completed a Masters in Fine Art at the University of Ulster, Belfast.  His work as an artist and curator is primarily with the live arts and video. He has exhibited and performed extensively in Belfast, Dublin, Glasgow, Nottingham, London, Amsterdam, New York, Valencia, and Copenhagen over the past four years. Forthcoming and current shows include Intermedia, Triskel, Cork; Art Primeur 2000, The Netherlands; New Contemporaries, UK; and Manifesta 3, Slovenia. He is a co-director of Catalyst Arts, Belfast where he also lives and works.

Pierre Yves Clouin’s video and film work has been widely screened throughout Europe, Australia and North America since 1996. This year he will be showing at the Queer City Cinema, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada; Impakt Festival, Utrecht, The Netherlands; Inside Out Festival, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Intermedia Arts, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA; New York Lesbian & Gay Film Festival, New York City, New York, USA; and Outfest, Los Angeles, California, USA. He lives and works in Paris.

Nuno Alexander Ferreira studied at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and the Instituto das Artes do Espectáculo, Lisbon. He has been involved in a number of exhibitions in Portugal including Youngart, Vila Franca de Xira, 1998; Home Made, Lisbon, 1999; Jovarte, Municipal Gallery, Loures, 1999; and Nonstopopening-Lisboa, Zé dos Bois Gallery, Lisbon. In 1999 he participated in Visioni de Futuro, at the Biennale dei Jiovani artisti dell Europa e del Mediterraneo, Rome, Italy. He has also curated and managed a number of exhibitions and art events. He lives and works in Lisbon.

Fiona Mulholland studied at NCAD, Dublin and the Royal College of Art, London. She has worked primarily in applied arts and has exhibited widely. Exhibitions include: A Renaissance of Irish Applied Art, Philadelphia, USA, 1994; Cisti Nua-New Treasures, Barbican Arts Centre, London, 1996; Landscapes, Galerie Orfeo, Luxembourg, 1996; Fish & Chips, British Art and Design Festival, Hamburg, Germany, 1998; and EV+A 99 - Reduced, Limerick, 1999. She has recently completed a public sculpture for City West Business Park. She lives and works in Dublin.

Nairn Scott

Nairn Scott completed a Master of Arts in 1998 at COFA, University of New South Wales. In 1999 he was the co-director of First Draft, one of Australia’s longest running artist run galleries. Exhibitions include: Myths of Order - Photography on the Fringe, 1992; Six to One, 1992; Bodies of Excess, The Works Gallery, 1992; Bits of This, Bytes of That, UnXpress, Melbourne, 1993; Out of Order-Uncertain Icons, Ten Taylor Street Gallery, 1993; Raw Nerve Acquisition,1998; Primary, First Draft 1998; Green and Gold, First Draft, 1999; and Slap, First Draft, 1999. He also curated the 1999 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Festival component for First Draft. He lives and works in Sydney.
